The confidentiality of each client is carefully protected, and information is not passed to any other individual or agency without first receiving the request from or permission of the client.
Professional Ethics
HELP! follows the ethics and guidelines of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. In addition, HELP! counsellors are either qualified through this Association or are currently more than halfway through the challenging process of qualification. We use specialist supervisors and all our staff have enhanced CRB disclosures, appropriate to those working with vulnerable children.
